Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.

Shipping method and delivery time

All orders are shipped from Florida with USPS. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders over $50.
Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $8.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected time, please email support@minimaljewel.com with your order number and we will help you.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
